TB Skin Test

Yearly requirement for House Staff.

TB Skin Test is available at Employee Occupational Health & Wellness located in Duke Clinic Building, basement red zone, room 04290.

Hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm. except Wednesdays closed from 12 pm - 2 pm.

Call EOHW at 684-3136 for other testing locations throughout the hospital.

For current expiration date, log into New Innovations, scroll to Certifications, where you will find TB Skin Test listed.

New personnel with a positive IPPD history must complete an initial TB history form and have a chest x-ray. Documentation of a recent chest x-ray report is acceptable in lieu of a chest x-ray at Duke. Annual TB status is assessed by completion of the periodic TB questionnaire; a chest x-ray is done only if clinically indicated.
