Login to New Innovations

Click https://www.new-innov.com/sql/default.aspx?Hospital=DUKE

Institution Login = DUKE (upper case letters)

User Name = first initial last name (lower case, no space)

Password = contact GME office at 684-3491 or via email

Change Password (First time login only)

• Scroll down links on the left side of screen and click Change Password.
• Type new password (case sensitive)
• Confirm password
• Click Save button

Compliance (Certifications)

From left menu:

• Select Personnel Data

Category: (under photo)

• Click Expand to see categories that contain data.
• Scroll down page to License/Certifications/Permit heading.

Compliance categories are listed with issue and expiration dates. All Compliance categories must have proof of completion with valid dates on file in the GME office.
