Institution Login = DUKE (upper case letters)

User Name = first initial last name (lower case, no space)

Password = contact GME office at 684-3491 or via email

Change Password (First time login only)

• Scroll down links on the left side of screen and click Change Password.
• Type new password (case sensitive)
• Confirm password
• Click Save button

License Renewal ID

From left menu:

• Select Personnel Data

Category: (under photo)

• Click Expand to see categories that contain data.
• Scroll down page to Licenses/Certifications/Permits heading

Resident Training Licenses (RTL) have a 6 digit identification number. Full licenses are issued a 9 digit registration number. Trainees are required to renew their medical license with documentation of the renewal provided to the GME office on or before their birthday each year. An online renewal receipt will not be accepted as proof of renewal.
